One of technicians missed a rat hole and we made it right
Sometimes we miss an entry, however we make it right and don’t charge the customer for our mistakes.
After one of our techs did a inspection and did exclusion work the rats were still getting in. So we put new eyes on the house and found the entry. We sealed it up and the house has been Rat free ever since.
